How to adjust the volume of amplifier or speaker in Bypass mode?

1 When using optical cable to connect external speakers in bypass mode, it needs to set the output mode on the TV to avoid no sound caused by direct insertion.
 

Operation on TV: Settings–Sound–Digital Audio Output–Select PCM. The volume of the speaker can not be adjusted directly via the TV remote control. You need to adjust it through the sound control knob of the speaker or Bluetooth transmitter. Some models also require the sound to be set to External Speakers on the TV.
 

2 When using an optical cable to connect the amplifier in bypass mode, it needs to set the output mode on the TV to avoid no sound caused by direct insertion.
 

Operation on TV: Settings–Sound–Digital Audio Output–Select RAW. You need to adjust the volume through the remote control of the amplifier You can select the audio source, adjust the volume, etc. operation, details please refer to the amplifier manual.

1.My sound system asks for 4 digit password usually, will this device let me type the code or bypass it?

It will need you to type the code, it is depending on the sound system and not up to the Bluetooth transmitter and receiver.
      2.How do you set it up for a TV?
 

Like any device in your style you just have to pair both devices and then connect them.
      3.How many speakers can i connect simultaneously?

In TX mode, it supports two Bluetooth speakers or headphones.
      4.Is this powered by a power outlet?

You can charge the Bluetooth adapter via type-c.There is no battery inside the product.
     

5.I have 2 blue tooth sound bars, one in den and one in kitchen. 30 feet will be the longest distance, will this transmitter cover the distance?

The range of Bluetooth connection is approximately 15mTX mode/20-30mRX mode . However, maximum communication range will vary depending on obstacles person, metal, wall, etc. or electromagnetic environment.
 

I use this Bluetooth transmitter with headphones in the same room as the transmitter & have no problem.
     

6.Does the Bluetooth audio transmitter receiver have volume control?

Yes, you can adjust the volume by the knob on the panel.
     

7.Does this device auto-reconnect when in TX mode? i.e., if i power the device on in TX mode, will it automatically connect to the last connected device?

Once paired the device remembers the pairing and connects automatically.
